Package Analysis for 'com.motorola.android.settings.diag_mdlog' (Oem / Recommended Debloat Target): Diag_mdlog is a small proprietary Qualcomm program which can store DIAG logs on the filesystem. No longer in Android 10 image Android users frequently spot 'com.motorola.android.settings.diag_mdlog' running persistently in Battery Usage, Network Data Monitor, or Developer Running Services. Note: Malicious trojans and stalkerware APKs also frequently spoof legitimate Oem system package names like 'com.motorola.android.settings.diag_mdlog' to evade manual detection.
