Package Analysis for 'com.sec.android.AutoPreconfig' (Oem / Recommended Debloat Target): Auto Preconfig Tells you to format the device when sim from other country is used basically (won't let you use another one) Android users frequently spot 'com.sec.android.AutoPreconfig' running persistently in Battery Usage, Network Data Monitor, or Developer Running Services. Note: Malicious trojans and stalkerware APKs also frequently spoof legitimate Oem system package names like 'com.sec.android.AutoPreconfig' to evade manual detection.
